All components ready for assembly are restored with the return of the old spare BEFORE the work
QUOTES: All quote requests must be sent to our company by E-mail or Fax indicating clearly the name and surname,phone number,component of interest. We'll do our best to respond as soon as possible.
ORDERS: All orders materials only need to be clearly related to the data of the components of the various sections.
All orders must be received by our company so E-mail or Fax.
PAYMENTS:
-The removal of the goods to our office.
-Cash on delivery
-By Bank transfer anticipated
SHIPPING: The goods travel at the risk and danger of the customer, excluding all our responsibility even if free destination and is not assured if not behind express orders.
WARRANTIES: We assure the new materials used for review/restoration of the components in question, as long as we have not been modified, tampered or it has been done improper operation. For materials not of our new manufacturing warranty is made with all the limitations wich should be imposed by our suppliers. Guarantee any errors revisions of components by us. Not are guaranteed breakage and structural failure of the original parts (NOT NEW) components.
CLAIMS: No claims will be accepted after (5) five days of receipt of goods. Will not be accepted the return of the goods without our authorization.
(HOLE) JURISDICTION: Any dispute to the competent court is SIENA
